Exchange Policy
Here at Fearless Wardrobe we thrive on offering you Exclusive garments that are of great quality and constructed to a High-Standard.
We run on an Exchange Only Policy. Therefore, We do Not offer Refunds
Every Garment is carefully inspected before being shipped out, but we do understand that sometimes the Fit is not right for you and/or in some cases Defects may occur.
Sizing & Defects
We'll happily Exchange any garment within 14 days of receipt by you, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, free from any scent of perfume and/or makeup stains, as well as containing all fitted Tags and Labels.
If the Item meets these requirements, please email us at helpfearlesswardrobe@hotmail.com specifing the following details and we'll happily assist you:
- Name
- Address
- Order Number
- Garment Name on the Website
- Reason for Exchange
Please Note that Exchange Shipping costs are Not Covered by Fearless Wardrobe, therefore we suggest using a tracked service from your local Post Office and keep proof of postage, as Fearless Wardrobe will not be responsible for any items lost in the post. However, we are responsible for the cost of sending your replacement items back to you.
Please feel free to exchange your item for any other size or item of the same price (as long as it's in stock).
If your original item is not in stock or if you are not interested in any other item currently in stock, we'll issue you a Credit Note that can be used in store within 365 Days of issue.
In a matter of Last Resort (Only), we will offer you a Refund.
If this is the case, a refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Please bear in mind that card refunds may vary depending on your bank, so please contact your bank should you need further assistance, as this is out of our control.
